The location was good, walking distance from many of the shopping centres and the BTS.

It's like a station, lots of groups. The common area are crowded and the staff are limited and looked stressed. The facilities are limited and breakfast area is crowded.

Room with a city view was a painted out screwed down window with zero view. Photos are misleading, roof leaking. Get stung for a 2000 cash deposit as soon as you go in the door. Breakfast certainly not appealing. No kettle in Room, despite having cups and sugar

nothing

lots of groups so you have to keep avoiding bumping into others, horrible breakfast that we skipped because if not bad looking Indian food only shelf bread with no butter and coffee. Front desk very rude yelling at guests. Worst representation of the Thai friendliness we found everywhere else. I mistakenly booked and couldn’t have more regret.

Lease avoid this Hotel if travelling with Family.

The Hotel is centrally located and that was the only reason for choosing it above other properties.

The Hotel lacks basic infrastructure like a swimming pool, bath tub in the room, proper restaurant are missing. I had to request for two days for getting my room cleaned. Asked for a fresh towel on Day 2, and the staff tells me NOT AVAILABLE.

I was stayed in this hotel for 3 times.

I was stayed in this hotel for 3 times. Today, Their hospitality not good anymore...

Their staff actually not helpful. When, I request to help make a call to Air Asia Office because my flight was rescheduled they said they can’t make call. Their English Not Fluently. When, I’m request to help ..they always ask me “When you check out??” WiFi in room not working, They didn’t have heater or didn’t give like description on booking.com I don’t want back to this hotel on my next trip

SUPER BAD HOTEL WITH ALL BAD POINT AS WRITTEN IN CONTENT , WONT COME BACK SECOND TIME

Restaurant - Everyday same food , not creative , staff restaurant not friendly lobby - staff make mistake for restaurant voucher but dont want admit Room - mattress terrible hard , difficult to sleep , opposite restaurant still make noise and party even at midnight until bangkok time 6am , but hotel didnt take action to take care for hotel guest location - quite far from pratunam market , not recommend for alone traveller because quiet walking on the street at night time . Neighbour hood - this hotel full of indian guest to stay. not to mean racist , just feel not comfortable when u saw all people inside the hotel lobby do nothing , and chit chat loudly , children no good attidude .

The room and the overall property was clean

-Very difficult to explain the location to a taxi or tuk tuk driver. -Very difficult to sleep at night as the guests (almost 100% indian) seems to be having the time of their lives infront of your room. (Even after you asked them to quiet down and remind them that it is midnight) -No belcony or windows that could be opened and thus very poor ventilation. -Impossible to smoke within the property. -The weighing machine at the lobby charged 20 bucks to weigh two bags.

Very noisy, making stay uncomfortable.

There were money exchanger nearby that gives high exchange rate compared elsewhere

Noisy. No policy for keeping quiet so as not to disturb other guests. On our floor were like two families occupying two separate rooms. Near midnight kids would be running down the hallways and talking loudly. Adults talk to each other from one end of the hallway to the other by shouting. They do this anytime of the day, morning or evening. This is a major NO for me.

Location is close for shopping such as the Platinum Mall, tlthe Pratunam market and Talad neon. Walkable distance from 10-15 minutes
